Mi Apunte does not collect, store or share any personal data. All of your information (notes, transactions, invoices, reminders, settings) is stored exclusively in a local database on your device. The app works 100% offline.
None. Mi Apunte does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal data, and does not transmit information to our own or third-party servers.
Everything you create (notes, folders, categories, expenses, income, budgets, invoices, reminders, templates and generated images) is stored in the app's private storage on your device. No one but you has access to it.
The "Export Backup" feature creates a copy of your database that you decide where to save or who to share it with. That file remains under your exclusive control; the app does not send it to any service.
The receipt scanning feature uses on-device text recognition (Google ML Kit). The receipt photo never leaves your phone: it is not sent to any server, ours or third-party. The image is stored in the app's private storage alongside the transaction you created, and is removed if you delete that transaction or the app's data.
To work, Google Play Services may download the text recognition model to your device once. That download is performed by the operating system and contains none of your images or data.
When you use the "Share" features (text, image, PDF or backup), the content is sent to the app you choose through your device's share system. That transfer is entirely under your control.
Mi Apunte contains no ads, includes no advertising or analytics SDKs, and uses no trackers of any kind.
The app does not collect data from any user, including children. It is suitable for all audiences.
You can delete all of your information at any time by clearing the app's data in system settings or by uninstalling the app. Since no copies exist on servers, deletion is immediate and complete.
If this policy changes (for example, if an optional cloud sync or cloud AI feature is added in the future), we will publish the updated version on this page and inform you inside the app before any data leaves your device.
