Mi Apunte pulls together what's currently scattered across five apps: notes, expense tracking and reminders. Snap a photo of a receipt and the expense fills itself in. Everything works offline, and nothing you write ever leaves your phone.

Every feature here exists because it was actually needed β not to pad a list.
Photograph a receipt and the app pulls out the merchant, the total and the date, then fills the expense in for you. It reads the text inside your phone: no internet, and the photo goes nowhere.
Eight types, and each one changes the form: a checklist, a recipe with ingredients and steps, meeting minutes with attendees, a diary entry with a mood, a sectioned document, or just free text.
A long note splits into several images ready to post as stories or send over WhatsApp. You pick the colours, the type and the format.
Track what comes in and what goes out, set a monthly budget per category, and see exactly where your money is going.
Protect a note with a password. Protected notes never reveal their content in lists or on the home screen β they ask for the password to open.
Schedule a reminder and it fires at the exact time, even after a reboot. With a calendar view for the whole month.
Three levels of organisation so you can still find that note six months later. With search, favourites and pinning.
Export any note to PDF in one tap. And if you invoice clients, build invoices and quotes with line items and numbering.
Export the entire database whenever you like and keep it wherever you decide. No cloud in the middle, nobody to depend on.
Typing expenses in by hand is exactly what makes people abandon finance apps by week two. So Mi Apunte does it for you: take a photo of the receipt and you're done.

Mi Apunte does not collect, store or share any personal data. There's no account to create, no servers, no analytics and no trackers. Everything you write lives in a local database inside your phone β and if you uninstall the app, it leaves with you.
Not even the receipt photo: the text is recognised on the device and the image is never sent anywhere.

Coming soonNo. Mi Apunte works 100% offline. There's no account to create, nothing to sync and no servers involved. Use it on a plane or out in the countryside with no signal and it behaves exactly the same.
No. The app does not collect, store or share any personal data. Not even the receipt photo: text recognition runs on the phone itself and the image is never sent to any server. It's all spelled out in the privacy policy.
None of the three. Mi Apunte is free, has no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscription. It also ships with no advertising or analytics SDKs.
You photograph the receipt (or pick one from your gallery) and the app reads the merchant name, the total and the date, then fills the expense in for you. It uses on-device text recognition, so it works without internet. You can always correct any field before saving. This feature is currently Android-only.
Yes, each note individually. A protected note never shows its content in lists or on the home screen, and asks for the password to open. It's optional β use it only on the notes that genuinely need it.
No. Installing a new version over the previous one keeps everything: notes, finances, reminders and settings. What does wipe your data is uninstalling the app. That's why Settings has "Export Backup", which saves a complete copy of the database wherever you want it.
It's on the way. The app is built with .NET MAUI, which compiles for iOS, so it's a matter of time and store review β not of rewriting it.
